Eric Pâtisserie is also known for its viennoiserie (breakfast pastries).  All pastries are freshly baked in our atelier located in the heart of Nueva Andalucia. Each creation is in itself a piece of authentic craft, using only the best and freshest ingredients imported from Belgium. Optimizing the texture and taste is Eric´s main goal every single day.
